Who owns the relationship with the publication?: We do. That is what you are buying, and it is why we can confirm before we draft.
What happens if a piece is pulled after publication?: We replace it on a comparable publication at no charge. It is rare, but it happens.
Do you sign NDAs?: Yes, routinely. Most partners ask on the first brief.
Can you work to our template?: Yes. Format, tone and file type are yours to specify.
How do you invoice?: Per brief, on delivery, to the agency. We never invoice an agency's client.
